At Akbar Mosque, we hope to grow into a place where people feel a real sense of belonging — not just a mosque, but a community. Our vision is to support Pakistani-American Muslims and the wider community by creating a space where faith is strengthened, relationships are built, and values are lived in everyday life.
Our goal is simple: to provide a place where people can connect with their faith and with each other. Through daily prayers, learning opportunities, and community activities, we aim to support individuals and families in their spiritual journey while encouraging kindness, respect, and unity.
We do our best to share Islamic teachings in a way that is clear, balanced, and connected to real life, based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah.
We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel comfortable and included — a place where people can come together, support each other, and build lasting connections.
We value the diversity within our community and believe in treating everyone with understanding, dignity, and respect.
We believe in promoting peace, standing against injustice, and encouraging positive character in everything we do.
We care deeply about the next generation and aim to provide them with a strong foundation in faith, identity, and community.
